find gratitude in every single moment

During the session I saw a clear image of a golden thread that was connecting all experiences, every moment. [one choice to ride a wave that eventually brings you to true love] 
I am reminded to find gratitude in every single moment. Every choice we make leads to another and to another. Being grateful in every moment means having faith that the decision you are making is the exact one to bring you to your destiny. This is the magic. if you are following your heart (even when what you are going through fvcking sucks) you will be on YOUR path. You will find peace with any decision you make. With this energy there isn’t room for judgement - folks [including you] are making decisions from their current perception/awareness.

It is our individual choice to:

• Acknowledge your pain

• Ask for support

• Honor your higher self and

• Choose by following your heart!

It is usually the hard stuff that reveals the next best route to take anyway. The journey isn’t to be feared but rather embraced
